AV Solutions Our Approach
Designed around outcomes, delivered with accountability
Smart Workplace success depends on more than choosing the right technology. Our approach brings clarity, ownership, and independence to every stage - from initial definition through to long-term optimisation.
At proAV, we take an outcomes-led approach, working with stakeholders across IT, Workplace, FM, and Procurement to understand priorities, constraints, and context before any technology decisions are made. This ensures Smart Workplace strategies are designed around organisational needs, not vendor roadmaps or pre-packaged solutions.
We then act as a single, accountable partner across design, delivery, and ongoing operation, integrating best-in-breed technologies into a coherent, scalable ecosystem. Our vendor-agnostic model reduces risk, avoids lock-in, and ensures Smart Workplace environments continue to evolve as business needs, budgets, and priorities change over time.

Measure - Manage - Use
Our suppliers are split into three categories, measure, manage, and use.
Measure covers IoT sensors and data collection, from people counting and environment, to IP login.
Manage includes space and resource management tools such as desk and room booking, visitor management, smart storage, parcel collection, and parking booking.
Use ties it all together with aggregation platforms for data dashboards, single user interfaces, and consolidated identification
Project Highlights
The following highlights illustrate how our Smart Workplace solutions are deployed across different sectors and environments:

Global Bank
This programme introduced an integrated desk and room booking platform across 70 meeting rooms, 1,300 desks and 7 floors, supported by occupancy sensors and interactive wayfinding. The solution automated check-in/out, improved multi-tenant data accuracy, and made it easier for employees to locate desks and colleagues - resulting in a more efficient, digitally enabled workplace.
Global Law Firm
An enterprise-wide Smart Workplace was implemented across 80 meeting rooms, 500 desks and 6 floors, unifying AV monitoring, desk booking and occupancy sensors into a single environment. The approach streamlined fault management, increased utilisation, and provided the firm with a real-time, data-driven understanding of workplace performance.
International Corporate Management Firm
A multi-tenant desk and room booking platform was deployed across 35 meeting rooms and 130 desks, enabling multiple franchises to operate seamlessly within a shared space. The organisation gained improved occupancy management, accurate utilisation data for catering planning, and GDPR-compliant visitor management - all delivered through a flexible platform designed for growth.
Global Multinational Law Firm
To support the transition to a fully agile, non-assigned desk environment, a smart workplace platform was launched across 1,100 desks. The solution unified desk booking, real-time availability, colleague presence and O365 integration, incorporating personalised hot-desking enabled by adjustable desk technology. This created a more collaborative, versatile workplace with a scalable framework.
