The client required an AV design which connected all of their working spaces, including a variety of presentation and video conferencing rooms, combined rooms, VP rooms and divisible spaces. In addition, the client requested an Innovation Centre to enable staff to collaborate effectively in groups and provide a relaxed environment for team training, brainstorming and planning. 

The AV system design was kept as minimal as possible, in order to make usage and training simple for all staff. Central AV control through a Crestron Digital Media platform provides an end-to-end management solution. Within the rooms professional Samsung 4K large format displays are linked to a room PC and AV control panel. Barco wireless presentation systems run throughout all rooms creating a flexible working environment and all VC rooms have the addition of Cisco Webex video conferencing kits and Cisco touch panel control. Quality conference audio is established through ceiling speakers and the use of Shure ceiling microphone array’s which eliminate room clutter, simplifying the space.

For larger meetings and events, the divisible space has the addition of a Unilumin 1.5mm UPanelS LED display providing additional larger display space and a more dynamic, high quality presentation solution. 

The Innovation Centre technology centres around Promethean ActivePanel displays which enable simultaneous, small-group, brainstorming within comfy breakout spaces designed to create a relaxing fun environment. Multiple Apple iPads work together with the main displays for group work and creative activities. 

Throughout the floors, within the open spaces, a series of NEC professional displays deliver IPTV content and key company related news via a Tripleplay digital signage solution. 

Post installation our transition team provided a series of training opportunities to enable staff to fully understand and manage all the technology, making the migration onto the new systems as simple as possible.
