No matter what department you join, be it sales, operations, procurement, engineering, commissioning or logistics, everyone has their own manager who is there to support their learning and development and ensure they progress and evolve in their new role. It is also an important part of our company ethos that our teams develop and maintain the necessary industry-recognised credentials expected of a global AV integrator and leading service provider.
AV training programme
For graduates we offer an extensive AV training programme whereby candidates are offered six-month placements across the business to experience warehouse, rack build, design, AV/IT and programming. Following several years of successful work placements leading to full time roles for some of our candidates we have progressed this support to run our first internship programme in 2020.
