Charlotte is studying project management at Bournemouth University; her final year modules are advanced project and operations management and having completed work experience previously at an AV consultancy company, she knew that she wanted to get more hands on experience for her placement year. In July 2020 Charlotte joined proAV as an intern on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Her role was based at various construction sites in London working as part of a project team. A typical day would involve gathering information needed to submit progress reports, room status schedules, and monitoring documentation, all required by the construction contractors. Charlotte spent much of her time in direct contact with consultants, clients, and other trade managers, whether that be on Teams or in person.
