Principal Place is a new 375,000sq ft office, residential, retail & leisure development in the City of London designed by Foster & Partners. At the centre of the development is Principle Tower, a landmark that makes it one of London’s tallest residential buildings at 50-storey’s high.
W1 Developments engaged directly with proAV’s residential
division in April 2017 regarding the construction, fit-out and commissioning of
a high-end marketing suite to facilitate the sale of their private sale luxury
apartments in Principal Tower, a 50-storey residential tower in the city of
London designed by Foster & Partners.

Our solution
proAV were awarded the contract for the AV infrastructure throughout all the apartments, landlord areas and the sales and marketing suite.
The timely delivery of the marketing suite was of paramount importance to the client. Every detail needed to reflect the iconic elegance of the Tower and provide a demonstration of the quality of finish. Based on the infrastructure in place proAV offer a variety of apartment packages to new owners. Simple, all-inclusive solutions which will enable the end user to move in with fully functioning AV and we can be flexible, creating bespoke solutions for individual requests.
