Horton Heights is an exclusive development of luxury homes in Epsom, Surrey, unique in both style and design.
proAV were commissioned by VEbs Consultant Ltd to provide a simple yet intuitive smart home solution which would include individual video access management alongside lighting and HVAC control across the properties. In addition, proAV consolidated the TV and Network Distribution throughout the properties, including the installation of Sky satellite dishes.

Our solution
proAV developed a solution that could provide simple, yet effective smart home functionality based around a simple gate entry system. By choosing a Comelit Icona system, proAV provided the functions of a robust door entry monitor with the functions of a home automation system.
The Comelit Icona door entry monitor features a minimalist design, high acoustic fidelity, and a colour touch screen which enables alerts for basic lighting and heating control override in the event of a fire or intruder alarm activation.
In addition, the Comelit app provides the homeowners with control away from the home via updates on their phones.
