proAV were appointed to deliver the core home automation, AV, and IT systems across the development. A fully integrated smart building infrastructure was implemented, incorporating Lutron RA2 and Lutron Quantum lighting control systems to provide intuitive, energy efficient lighting throughout private residences and shared spaces.

Each of the 56 apartments is equipped with a Lutron RA2 wireless lighting and shading control system, alongside a CAME BPT XTS video intercom solution, enabling secure high-definition communication with concierge and reception teams. All residences were future proofed with structured cabling, allowing owners to seamlessly introduce additional AV upgrades if required. proAV also engaged directly with prospective residents to outline clear upgrade pathways tailored to individual preferences.

Beyond the private apartments, proAV delivered AV and IT solutions across the building’s communal amenities. A Connectix passive network infrastructure was installed to ensure robust and reliable connectivity throughout the development. Network dependent spaces include meeting rooms, a fully equipped gym, spa, and wellness facilities, all supported by advanced AV and IT systems designed to enhance entertainment, collaboration, and wellbeing. The two meeting rooms are fitted with Sony 4K displays and support video conferencing via Logitech MeetUp cameras, with wireless content sharing enabled through Mersive Solstice.

A dedicated private screening room located on the lower ground floor features a Sony 4K HDR laser projector paired with a Display Technologies projection screen. The room supports multiple content sources including Blu ray, streaming devices, and wireless casting. Audio performance is delivered through Amina Mobius 7 speakers and dedicated subwoofers, powered by a Denon amplifier.

Background music systems operate across the ground and lower ground floors, distributed through a combination of K-Array and Amina speakers. Collectively, these integrated solutions create a discreet, high performance technology environment that complements the development’s architectural character and luxury positioning.
