Yealink MeetingBoard is an all-in-one collaboration space solution designed for meeting rooms certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Consisting of a 4K camera, crystal-clear speakers, full-duplex microphones, this collaboration whiteboard solution provides an immersive meeting experience and allow collaboration anytime, anywhere. Available in 65 or 85 inch models, the 4K display has easy menu navigation and smart 4-level input digital ink recognition.

The MeetingBoard features intelligent AI features to help ensure everyone is seen and heard clearly. Supporting the 4K camera, users can activate Auto Framing and Speaker Tracking to help track meeting participants during collaboration sessions. It also provides a Picture-in-Picture feature that separates the speaker into an individual window while a panoramic view allows visibility of other meeting room participants. When it comes to sound, the MeetingBoard offers a premium 8m Full-Duplex audio experience with a dedicated AI Audio DSP, 16 built-in Beamforming microphone arrays and AI noise suppression. 

The modularised dual OS system of the device allows the MeetingBoard to be deployed and seamlessly switch between operating as either an Android or Windows device. Users can also engage a BYOD mode to offer plug-and-play combability for those wishing to use laptops and other devices for sharing content.
