Using built-in AI, the discreet, integrated 4K camera can automatically detect meeting participants and provide ideal framing with its wide 120-degree field of view. Using integrated microphones and speakers, the Room USB provides automatic noise suppression and audio fencing to ensure no disruptive sounds distract meetings.

When it comes to presentations, participants can use a wired 4K input for local content sharing or share content wirelessly with a browser-based guest system; removing the need for a dongle or additional devices. Outside of collaborative meetings, the Room USB can also present the digital signage of your choice on the screen whether it be simple backgrounds or important company news.  

Additional cloud-based functionalities from Webex's Control Hub offer remote management, software upgrades and analytics while Smart Rooms can provide regular people counts for usage metrics and resource allocation.
