Loughborough University is one of the country’s leading universities, with a reputation for excellence in teaching and research, strong links with business and industry and unrivalled sporting achievement. In 2013, the University announced it had acquired the former broadcast centre at the new Innovation Quarter in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, which opened as the University’s second campus in 2015.
Our Enterprise Management Team provide ongoing support to the University's internal AV team, through our Help desk, VNOC and event support facilities.
proAV was appointed by the client appointed fit-out contractor to deliver the scheme on time, within budget and according to the exacting specification approved by the client. The client project team was heavily involved with the final AV design, which ensured all parties were fully aware and in agreement of the performance capability; this undoubtedly contributed to the success of the project.
Now complete, the Loughborough University in London AV scheme is delivering numerous advantages, including:

Our solution
In January 2015, the University tendered for a contractor to carry out Category B fit-out works at the Loughborough University in London campus. proAV worked collaboratively with the client appointed fit-out contractor and the University’s Facilities and Corporate Services teams to develop a range of audio visual solutions for the building.
Finalising system performance capability and functionality following our initial appointment required a number of meetings and ongoing communication with both the fit-out contractor and the client. The performance specification for the AV package remained fluid during the contract and so a number of meetings were held and design changes were implemented.
