Role Overview

To provide centralised internal administration support to Contract Renewal Manager, external Account Management Team and Hire & Events Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide assistance to Service Quality Manager and Service Account Managers
  • Weekly reporting on client activity for Service Account Manager meetings
  • Contract administration onto CRM
  • Rate-card administration onto CRM
  • Small quotations for additional engineering services
  • Ownership of CRM updates
  • Quote follow ups and handovers
  • Service sales and renewal quotations
  • Ensure all existing allocated contracts are renewed
  • Preparation of contract renewals/tenders/RFPs/quotes as required
  • Expansion of existing accounts to maximise on change and additional revenue
  • Obtaining 3rd party supply chain quotes including Cisco and Poly
  • Reporting and analysis on renewal status
  • Assistance with forecasting of contracts – new and renewals
