Role Overview

Based at our Egham offices, you will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take incoming calls and direct them appropriately, taking messages where necessary
  • Ad-hoc duties would include arranging couriers and taxis, distributing incoming faxes, ordering stationery/ kitchen supplies as well as handling of post on a daily basis
  • As well as meeting and greeting, you will have responsibility for managing the meeting rooms, ensuring they are correctly set up with refreshments and catering as ordered
  • Deal with catering arrangements for meetings
  • Liaise with Customers and Clients as a first point of contact, ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome and a positive impression of the company

Desirable Skills

  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proactive approach to work and a willingness to help with tasks as required
  • Efficient and well organised
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel)

Operations Manager
Full time, 40 hours per week, flexibility required
