Role Overview

The purpose of this role will be to provide administrative support to produce Operations and Maintenance Manuals, and to support the Design department when required.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Extracting relevant data from worksheets
  •  Obtaining product information from network/internet
  •  Updating product literature on network
  •  Converting CAD drawings to PDF files 
  •  Formatting data to suit client package templates
  •  Liaising with project managers/clients 
  •  Issuing documentation electronically to clients
  •  Uploading documentation to specialist document control sites
  •  Printing, laminating, binding documentation and sending to clients
  •  Managing the building’s stationary stock levels and submitting monthly orders

Reporting to:
Operations & Maintenance Manager
Full time, 40 hours per week, flexibility required
