Key requirements

  • To build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve key objectives
  • To become fully conversant with proAV service offerings and be able to sell these effectively into allocated accounts
  • To identify and sell additional services into the allocated accounts such as hosted videoconferencing services, additional FM resource and other service lines that may be introduced by the company from time to time
  • Preparation of contract renewals / tenders / RFP’s / quotes / presentations, with the support of the proAV infrastructure
  • To gain a thorough understanding of the nominated client enterprise (national and international) to identify key business opportunities
  • To form introductions and build relationships with Key Stakeholders to ensure they are aware of proAV service catalogue so when contracts are re-tendered proAV are included
  • Undertaking quote development as required
  • Interfacing and Coordinating with the Major Contract sales team, for pass through of contract-based opportunities and account updates
  • Providing clients with ongoing technical updates and presentations as required
  • Interfacing with Manufacturers and Suppliers as required for support, demonstrations etc
  • Assist clients with upgrades and budgeting
  • Providing strategic support across the client estate
  • Form part of the proAV bid team at client interview as necessary
