Key responsibilities

  • To manage and develop a selection of key accounts
  • To target and develop new business opportunities / accounts on Projects & Support Services to increase market share
  • To manage and develop client direct sales opportunities within allocated accounts
  • To be responsible for overall ‘service delivery‘ to nominated client accounts, initially aligning with key Service Directors
  • To become fully conversant with proAV service offerings and be able to sell these effectively into exiting & new accounts
  • To target key new service opportunities with proAV new business team
  • To identify and sell additional services into the accounts such as hosted videoconferencing services and other service lines that may be introduced by the company from time to time
  • Preparation and delivery of contract renewals / tenders / RFP’s / quotes / presentations
