Role Overview

Specialising in designing and costing service models to enable the Service Sales team supported by Bid Team to produce innovative and accurate contracts models for post project support. Also to then assist Bid Team and Service Account Managers in the preparation, creation and administration of service solutions for tenders, pre-qualifications and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technical teams, planning within an auditorium environment and virtual events to including conferences, webinars, broadcasts and webcasts
  • Work closely with the AV Supervisor to ensure events are sufficiently resourced, including sub-contracting where applicable 
  • Preparing engaging, professional, and relevant copy for use in the tender preparation
  • Developing relationships with manufacturers to ensure most up to date support information is available to all parties
  • Provide a pre-construction role involving site and office-based coordination with the service team and key interfaces to establish detailed service integration 
  • Bid preparation 
  • Meeting with Service Account Managers (SAM’s) & colleagues to take the brief and understand the requirements 
  • Agree timetable of preparation and work assigned with SAM’s 
  • Administration and coordination of the service elements of incoming tenders in support of the SAM’s
