Role Overview

The main purpose of your role is to deliver multiple projects within the budgeted cost and to the satisfaction of the client. You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients and will oversee the project engineering, production and installation of AV technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, deliver and be accountable for assigned AV projects
  • Ensuring that the AV system is installed in accordance with the project scope of works and or brief
  • Develop and program of works ensuring dependencies are tracked and records kept up to date on installation and deliveries 
  • Provide efficient, timely responsive communication to assigned clients and internal departments
  • Attend kick-off and coordination meetings both internal and external
  • Weekly project reporting highlighting risks, resourcing and progress
  • Actioning consumable and logistics requests in line with proAV guidelines
  • Sign off at project completion including as built, O&M’s and serial number info 
  • Ensure that the H&S files are in place and conducting H&S awareness briefings
  • Handover into service department where applicable
