Role Overview

This is a newly created position and therefore the role is likely to evolve as the business grows and changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Oversea preparation of Intrastat returns
  • Prepare and submit US sales tax returns, including registering in new states as required by business
  • Work with US accountants on the submission of annual US tax returns
  • Manage WHT and completion of relevant forms as required by clients
  • Look at business requirements to ascertain whether we should register for VAT in other jurisdictions
  • Management of transactional accounting processes
  • Provide relevant and timely reporting & controls
  • Develop systems & processes
  • Make effective contributions to planning and forecasts
  • Maintain excellent and productive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide effective leadership and management to the team

Desirable Skills

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar role is essential
  • Qualified Accountant
