Technical - Programming Engineer
South East and London
A vacancy has arisen for a Programming Engineer. The roles and responsibilities for this position include:
- Liaison with other internal departments, clients and contractors to ensure the design, equipment and program meet the project specification
- Development of programs and touch panel designs for assigned projects
- Reading system schematics and consultants' specifications/briefs before commencement of system programming
- Attending site meetings with the client/consultant to discuss the programming, touch panel designs and networking requirements
- Working alongside other programmers and assisting colleagues when required
- Attending witness testing with the client and consultant at the office prior to the site installation
- Working alongside the project manager on site to ensure the project is completed to a high standard and to specification
You will need to be experienced and trained in programming AMX and Crestron control systems and may be required to take on the commissioning of other AV equipment, which may include the set-up of video conferencing and audio equipment such as Biamp and Clearone.
