Support - Internal Account Manager - Managed Services

South East

 

An exciting new opportunity exists in our managed services team for an experienced internal account manager. 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for our portfolio of managed service clients
  • Liaison with External account managers and client to ensure SLA's are adhered to.
  • Identifying market genres and applying a strategic approach to the development of new client business
  • Target campaigns - raising awareness with new and existing clients (events, case studies, etc)
  • Managing and developing professional team relationships
  • Updating CRM on a daily basis with account specifics and status
  • Existing knowledge of Audiovisual products and technology is a key requirement to this role.
