A team of six technicians work on defined shift patterns and provide a ‘white glove' management service with two-minute response time for executive video conferencing presentations as part of this superior Service Level Agreement.

The supported systems occupy presentation venues, offices and call centres and encompass a range of professional AV technologies.

A large number of video conferencing suites, meeting rooms, offices, restaurants, cafes, gymnasium and reception areas and The Pavilion, a 600-seat presentation venue, are equipped with the following:

Service and support 

proAV supports Vodafone"s extensive audio visual and video conferencing facilities that are located in the organisation"s numerous meeting rooms, presentation suites, offices, video conferencing and other areas.

  • proAV"s onsite engineering team are permanently based at a number of locations, including central London and Newbury Headquarters where a team of six technicians work on defined shift patterns and provide a ‘white glove" management service with two-minute response time for executive video conferencing presentations as part of this superior Service Level Agreement.
  • The 600-seat Pavilion is a large-scale events venue and is supported by technicians who not only provide an equipment support service but serve as events organisers, with responsibilities including booking and managing presentations throughout the year.
  • proAV"s technicians and engineers provide operational user support to these and other locations across the UK, performing preventative maintenance, user training and 24/7 back-up and telephone helpdesk support.
