proAV supports Unilever's extensive, integrated audio visual and video systems that are located at its two key UK offices in Blackfriars in central London and Leatherhead in Surrey.
Our two full-time onsite engineers are permanently based at Unilever House in central London and provide a comprehensive managed service with two key areas of responsibility. One engineer is tasked with coordinating all events at the 120-seat auditorium and associated customer centre and control room, including all organisational, booking, catering and administrative requirements. A further engineer is responsible for assisting the management of auditorium events as well as supporting the building's additional audio visual equipment, including projection, broadcast and control technologies.
Integrated audio visual systems at Unilever's Head Office in Leatherhead include audio and video conferencing equipment and control systems located within a number of lecture-style presentation areas and divisible meeting rooms throughout the building.
proAV's technicians and engineers, both onsite and office-based, provide operational user support to both sites through a premium Service Level Agreement that provides operational user support, preventative maintenance and user training as required. A dependable 24/7 back-up, rapid response and helpdesk support service also forms part of this agreement.
