Unicredit Group

The UniCredit Group is a major Italian international financial institution with offices in 22 European countries. Its current market leading position was established following the merger of nine of Italy's most prominent banks and the subsequent union with Germany's HypoVereins Bank and Italy's Capitalia Group.

When Unicredit Group decided to relocate to a newly-built London headquarters building at Moor House, London Wall in London, proAV was commissioned to deliver a wide range of professional audio visual'proAV's design, technical and project management team successfully delivered this integrated solution on time, within budget and according to specification.'Richard Evans, proAV and video conferencing systems.

A wide range of offices, meeting, conferencing and presentation rooms located across six floors of the new building required an innovative AV solution. So, proAV installed sophisticated audio visual and video conferencing equipment and the industry's latest cutting-edge technologies throughout Unicredit Group's facilities.

Key equipment includes wide-ranging, fully-interactive multimedia presentation systems, building-wide MediaStar Pro analogue TV and MediaStar Evonet to the dealer area and state-of-the art AMX controls throughout.

All source switching control video and audio equipment is centrally located within a communications room with direct cabling for loudspeakers and microphones and capacity for all other signals to be routed through CAT6 cabling utilizing Extron transmitter/receivers.

proAV's design, technical and project management team successfully delivered this integrated solution on time, within budget and according to specification.

The following audio visual technologies and hardware were installed at Unicredit Group's new London headquarters:

Ninth Floor - Client Floor

  • 4 x divisible client conference rooms, each with ceiling-recessed projectors and electric projection screens, integrated video conferencing systems with ceiling-mounted microphones, automatic DSP/microphone mixers, control systems, KVM Blade PCs, lighting and blind control
  • 3 x client video conferencing rooms, each with ceiling recessed projectors, dual LCD screens, integrated video conferencing systems, automatic DSP/microphone mixers, control systems, KVM Blake PCs
  • 1 x client meeting room with single 50" plasma screen with integrated loudspeakers and an interactive whiteboard overlay, audio conferencing and KVM Blade PC
  • 3 x client meeting rooms with dual 50" plasma screens with integrated loudspeakers and interactive whiteboard overlay, audio conferencing, KVM Blade PCs and DVD/VCR
  • 4 x client meeting rooms with single 50" plasma screens with integrated loudspeakers and interactive whiteboard overlay, audio conferencing with ceiling-mounted microphones, KVM Blade PCs and DVD/VCR
  • 6 x offices each with wireless audio conferencing phones
  • 7 x breakout areas each with wireless audio conferencing phones
  • Reception with dual 50" plasma screens with integrated loudspeakers with TV input source

Eighth Floor

  • 9 x offices each with wireless audio conferencing phones
  • 4 x offices/breakout areas each with wireless audio conferencing phones
  • 1 x director's office with 50" plasma screen with integrated loudspeaker and interactive whiteboard overlay, wireless audio conferencing phone and KVM Blade PC
  • 8 x offices with 50" plasma screens with integrated loudspeakers interactive whiteboard overlay, wireless audio conferencing phones and KVM Blade PCs
  • 1 x meeting room with 50" plasma screens with integrated loudspeakers interactive whiteboard overlay and KVM Blade PCs
  • 1 x Vvdeo conferencing room with 50" plasma screen and interactive whiteboard overlay, integrated video conferencing system and KVM Blade PC
  • 1 x open office with dual 50" plasma screens with TV input source

Seventh Floor

  • Dealer area with 20 x 50" plasma displays with inputs including TV and video conferencing
  • 4 x offices each with 50" plasma screens and interactive whiteboard overlay, wireless audio conferencing phones and KVM Blade PCs
  • 2 x offices each with wireless audio conferencing phones
  • 1 x meeting room with dual 50" plasma screens and interactive whiteboard overlay, integrated video conferencing system, audio conferencing and microphone mixers, ceiling-mounted microphones and KVM Blade PC
  • 3 x meeting rooms each with wireless audio conferencing phones

Sixth Floor

  • Staff cafe with dual 50" plasma screens with TV input and ceiling speakers
  • 3 x meeting rooms each with wireless audio conferencing phones
  • 2 x offices each with 50" plasma screens and interactive whiteboard overlay, wireless audio conferencing phones and KVM Blade PCs
  • 1 x meeting room with dual 50" plasma screens and interactive whiteboard overlay, integrated video conferencing system, audio conferencing and microphone mixers, ceiling-mounted microphones and KVM Blade PC
  • 3 x meeting rooms with 50" plasma screens with integrated loudspeakers and interactive whiteboard overlay and KVM Blade PCs

Fourth and Fifth Floors

  • 4 x meeting rooms each with dual 50" plasma screens and interactive whiteboard overlay, integrated video conferencing system, audio conferencing and microphone mixers, ceiling mounted microphones, KVM Blade PCs and Denon DVD
  • 5 x meeting rooms each with 50" plasma screens, KVM Blade PCs and DVD players
  • 7 x meeting rooms each with magnetic enamel-surfaced dry-wipe board
  • 5 x relocated meeting rooms from other floors
  • Install cabling for 4 x rooms for future use
  • Dealer area with 9 x 46" LCD display screens receiving feeds from the building wide TV distribution system
