Swiss Cottage is one of London's most exclusive residential areas, with streets lined with Regency villas that are among the most expensive properties in the world.

Each luxury detached residence comprises 22,500 sq ft of highly specified accommodation over five floors. proAV's state-of-the-art home automation solution is a key feature of the new development and includes home entertainment systems, access control systems, bespoke control systems and lighting and blind systems. The properties also boast swimming pools and car lifts.

Key technologies within this centralised home automation system include centralised AV, radio, TV and satellite distribution systems, comprehensive IT networks, a bespoke access control systems and lighting and blind controls.

proAV was commissioned by Trinity Environmental Services, one of the UK's leading building services contractors, to produce a system that would harmonise all building technologies for a fully-interactive, future-proofed living experience.

Key technologies within this centralised home automation system include centralised AV, radio, TV and satellite distribution systems, comprehensive IT networks, a bespoke access control systems and lighting and blind controls.  

The project to equip both properties with world-class home automation systems was completed on time, within budget and according to our client's precise specification. The result is one of the most technologically advanced residential developments in the capital today.
