proAV's full-time onsite engineer is permanently based at the organisation's Hatfield headquarters and was appointed in line with our commitment to the environment and policy of placing locally-based personnel into client sites wherever possible.
Our resident engineer provides a full bridge management support service for all video conferences, whilst proAV's technicians and engineers, both onsite and office-based, provide operational user support through a premium Service Level Agreement that also includes preventative maintenance and user training as required. A dependable 24/7 back-up, rapid response and helpdesk support service also forms part of this agreement.
