We were recently invited to design and install a world class AV solution for a client who is an internationally renowned entrepreneur with a worldwide property portfolio and a demand fo'Together, our design and project management teams devised and installed one of proAV's most prestigious residential projects to date.'Mark Hazell, proAVr a fully-interactive household.
proAV created a solution for a new private residence that integrated a wide range of internal and external entertainment, environmental and security systems and associated controls.
Technologies include multimedia (satellite TV, FM and music) management and delivery, heating and air conditioning, lighting, security and CCTV interface and control, access control, IP telephony and networks and building management systems.
proAV devised a cutting edge, integrated solution which was delivered on time, within budget and according to our client's exact specification. The success of this extensive project can be attributed to the outstanding expertise of our design and project management teams.
Together, these teams designed and installed one of proAV's most prestigious residential projects to date.

A number of key areas were equipped with technology, including:
Central Equipment Room
The audio visual entertainment and automation scheme design is based on a centralised equipment hub. This incorporates the following source/control equipment:

- Security gates (open vehicle or pedestrian gates)
- Entrance intercom (two-way communications with 3 entrance intercom units)
- Air conditioning and under-floor heating
- Lighting (internal and external)
The 5" touchpanel operates the room's audio visual and environmental facilities and can also be used to monitor and control the following building-wide interfaces:
- Security cameras (monitoring of all internal and external cameras on the touchpanel)
- Security gates (open vehicle or pedestrian gates)
- Entrance intercom (two-way communications with 3 entrance intercom units)

His dressing room serves as an audio extension to the master bedroom with speakers following what is being broadcast from there.
The in-wall button panel can be used to turn the speakers on or off, adjust volume and serve as the light switch for the dressing room.
Her Dressing Room

Her dressing room serves as an audio extension to the master bedroom with speakers following what is being broadcast from there.
