Control, communication and content delivery
proAV provided Royal Bank of Scotland with extensive and fully-integrated audio visual, video conferencing, projection and display systems, with control, communication and content delivery solutions.
proAV supports the Royal Bank of Scotland's extensive audio visual, video conferencing and digital display systems that are located within sites in the UK and Europe with content delivery network support in Asia.
proAV was tasked with the managed service and support of these wide ranging systems within seven locations across the UK and a further eight throughout Europe. A support service is also provided for the bank's content delivery network with distribution covering the UK, US and Asia.
The supported systems occupy numerous areas within these locations, including video conferencing suites, auditoria, executive offices, meeting and board rooms, training areas, restaurants and cafes and a conference centre and encompass a suite of professional AV systems.
Cutting-edge technologies were deployed throughout these sites and incorporated a suite of the industry's most innovative AV systems. Systems include sophisticated audio and video conferencing delivery, projection systems, fully-interactive multimedia presentation facilities, digital signage, multiple LCD and plasma display systems and building wide PA, IPTV, TV distribution and recording systems.
Service and Support
proAV supports the Royal Bank of Scotland"s extensive audio visual, video conferencing and digital display systems that are located within sites in the UK and Europe with content delivery network support in Asia.
proAV"s onsite engineering teams are permanently based in Bishopsgate and Bankside offices and are responsible for managing the Royal Bank of Scotland"s video conferencing helpdesk where all AV/VC calls are directed. The CTS-certified teams also provide second line support for all AV/VC rooms, arrange third line repairs with proAV, monitor meetings and manage events.
