proAV's client is an internationally renowned entrepreneur with a worldwide property portfolio and a requirement for a fully automated home.

proAV created a solution for a new private residence that integrated a wide range of internal and external entertainment, environmental and security systems and associated controls.

We were commissioned to design and deliver a seamless integration of professional audio visual, IT, telephony and automated building management systems within a refurbished four-storey private residence in Chelsea, London. 

proAV designed an integrated audio visual, IT, telephony and building management solution that interfaced with the household's air conditioning, lighting, alarm, CCTV, intercom and recording systems.

The client required a highly specified, fully-interactive household in which all installed entertainment and environmental equipment and controls were harmonised.

This project to automate the client's prestigious household was delivered on time, within budget and according to an exacting specification.  Our innovative use of the industry's latest technology was underpinned, as always, by cutting-edge design, build and project management.
