Network Housing Group owns and manages over 17,000 homes, predominantly in the Greater London and eastern England regions. 

The organisation was formed in 1974 and today works with 33 local authorities, providing housing and support services through locally based housing associations, including Community Trust Housing, London Strategic Housing, Mitali Housing Association, Riversmead Housing Association, Stadium Housing Association and Willow Housing and Care. Network Housing Group also works with the Solon Community Network, an independent resident involvement consultancy.

Network Housing Group is based at Olympic Office Centre, a prestigious glass-clad office building close to the iconic Wembley Stadium in Middlesex.

When Network Housing Group relocated to the Olympic Office Centre as part of a programme to improve its services and enhance its customer experience, proAV was selected to deliver a comprehensive, integrated AV solution to complete the interior scheme following a tender process.

Outstanding new meeting, training and communal facilities

Following Network Housing Group's relocation to the Olympic Office Centre as part of a programme to improve its services and enhance its customer experience, proAV was selected to deliver a comprehensive, integrated AV solution to complete the interior scheme following a tender process.

A wide range of audio visual technologies were incorporated in the Network Housing Group solution, including short throw widescreen projectors, electric screens, LCD displays and control systems to enhance the organisation’s presentation, training and meeting facilities. 

In addition, the communal dining and reception areas were equipped with commercial grade LCD displays with integrated digital signage players to display scheduled information to customers and staff.

A television aerial distribution system  was installed to screens with integral DTV or DVD players with integral Freeview TV receivers throughout the office and communal areas.

The industry’s most dynamic audio visual systems were incorporated into the Network Housing Group project, with facilities installed across boardroom, meeting and training rooms, reception and dining areas, including:

Boardroom

• Short throw LCD projector, 1280 x 800 WXGA native resolution, 3000 ANSI lumens, 500:1 contrast ratio, 16:10 aspect ratio, ceiling mounted
• 117” tensioned electric projection screen (16:10) 
• DVD with 250GB HDD and Freeview
• IR control integrated audio power amplifier
• 4 No. ceiling mounted in-tile loudspeakers
• Control system including 5.7” wireless touch panel, media presentation switcher and 9m range RF remote mouse and keyboard suite

Training Room

• Digital terrestrial twin tuner set-top box with 160GB HDD
• Control via 9m range RF remote mouse and keyboard suites
