Heartlands Dialysis Unit

Birmingham Heartlands Hospital is part of The Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust, one of the largest Trusts in England. The Heartlands Dialysis Unit is a satellite renal unit that has been designed to serve patients in the Birmingham area with kidney dialysis facilities, support and information on kidney-related diseases.

proAV was asked to deliver professional audio visual presentation facilities for a new seminar room at the Training Centre located within the Heartlands Dialysis Unit. The requirements of this specialist education facility called for a user-friendly, interactive AV solution that would strengthen the qOn a practical level, our new interactive screen has made a big difference to our teaching sessions and presentations, allowing us to be more creative through the use of professional images, graphs and the ability to link to other presentations and involve staff in using the board.Trudi Manji, Heartlands Dialysis Unituality of its training delivery.

The beauty of this easy-to-use system lay in its simplicity and intuitive control; it comprised a ceiling-mounted projector, interactive whiteboard, bespoke lectern system with a built-in control system and a range of audio visual source equipment including computer, guest laptop, DVD/VCR and ceiling speaker system.

proAV's seamless installation was welcomed with glowing praise from the client:
