A combined service approach

proAV was asked to provide a high quality, managed AV support service for Addleshaw Goddard's extensive video conferencing, presentation, display, control and communications systems for its London office with first and second line support for equally wide ranging systems at offices in Leeds and Manchester.

A combined service approach incorporating a 'white glove' managed service, coordinated preventative maintenance and dedicated video conferencing technology support was required to develop and maximise the adoption and increasing demand of HD video conferencing across all three sites.

The supported systems occupy video conferencing rooms, an auditorium, meeting rooms, classrooms, training rooms as well as breakout and waiting areas across all three sites and encompass a suite of professional AV technologies.

Addleshaw Goddard sites in London, Leeds and Manchester house a large number of meeting, presentation and training rooms which are equipped with audio and video conferencing technologies (including mobile facilities), projection systems, display systems, various audio and video input sources, control systems and IPTV distribution.

All specified equipment is covered within proAV's extensive package of AV managed services which focusses on responsive, informed audio visual and video conferencing support throughout the client's three offices.  This approach ensures proAV delivers immediate, professional cover to all areas of operation and maximises the effectiveness and timeliness of video conferences.

A managed ad-hoc service is also delivered which incorporates the coordination of equipment repairs and deployment of loan equipment across all three sites.
  • proAV"s technicians and engineers, both site and office-based, provide operational user support to London, Manchester and Leeds offices, performing schedule preventative maintenance visits (PMVs), user training and 24/7 back-up and telephone helpdesk support.
